Our voluntary work with the education system in various capacities has made us all aware of the need to remove barriers between workplaces and schools.
And so the Springers have signed up to become volunteers for the government’s Inspiring the Future programme. This means that schools and colleges can call on any one of us to chat with their students about our own experiences of work.
If we do this, and if plenty of other people do it, then we are all working together to give the next generations a clear understanding of the opportunities that await them.
That sense of direction will have a positive impact on their work at school, their sense of direction, and their adult life. We’ve a very clear sense of our ability to help, and our responsibility to do so, so we’re proud to get involved.
